Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MolarMedia website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

MolarMedia provides digital marketing services specifically designed for dental practices. Our services include, but are not limited to:

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

90-Day Results Guarantee

MolarMedia stands behind its services with a 90-day results guarantee. If your practice does not see measurable growth in new patient volume within 90 days of campaign launch, you may be eligible for a full refund of service fees for the most recent month. Conditions:

To ensure successful delivery of services, the client agrees to:

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for services, clients retain ownership of all final deliverables created specifically for their practice, including website designs, content, and ad creative. MolarMedia retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and case studies.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, patient data (in compliance with HIPAA), financial information, and marketing performance data.

Limitation of Liability

MolarMedia's liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or business interruption.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for fees incurred through the termination date. All proprietary materials will be returned or destroyed as directed.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes 30 days in advance. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
